About Me
Hi! I'm Rachel and I'm a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. A few years ago I found myself at an all time low. I lacked confidence and felt incredibly uncomfortable in my own skin. After trying everything to lose weight, I felt like my body was broken. I had been overweight my entire life and tried more fad diets than I can remember. I knew something had to change. All of the "quick fixes" I had chased only left me feeling defeated. I needed a new approach. I hired a personal trainer who taught me that change takes time and consistent effort. Ultimately, finding a workout routine I could stick to while eating in a slight calorie deficit allowed me to find joy in movement and improve my relationship with food. I became a personal trainer to help others lose weight without all the bs that diet culture sells us. The secret? It's simple. Building healthy habits and making small changes to your daily routine. You don't have to sacrifice joy in order to reach your fitness goals. Life is a balance. Let's build healthy and sustainable habits together!

'Rachel has been my personal trainer since march 2022. I train with Rachel twice a week for 1 hour sessions. Her professionalism and skill were evident from our first conversation.
